Description

  • Developing Project Safety Management Policy.
  • Continually maintain the highest level of HSE awareness, knowledge, and preparedness across the project organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE codes and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with contract HSE requirements.
  • Audit subcontractor HSE Policy and follow up improvement activities.
  • Utilize HSE tools like Toolbox Talks (TBTs), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Job Safety Cards (JSCs), and others to monitor and promote project members’ awareness.
  • Identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees.
  • Conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures.
  • Ensure that workplace tools and equipment meet industry standards.
  • Manage Safety officers at company fabrication yard for bends production and material preparation.
  • Investigate incidents, establish the causes, and recommend preventive action against a recurrence.
  • Prepares monthly HSE reports and make presentations to company Project Manager and Client.
